Office Management:

Drafting and editing correspondence, emails, memos, and reports.
Data Entry and Management:
Maintaining databases, spreadsheets, and filing systems for records, donor information, and other organizational data.
Fundraising Support:
Assisting with fundraising efforts, including preparing thank you notes, managing donor databases, and preparing materials for events.
Event Coordination:
Assisting with planning and coordinating events, including preparing agendas, managing RSVPs, and handling logistics.
Customer Service:
Answering phones, greeting visitors, and providing general customer service.
Basic Bookkeeping:
Handling invoicing, expense reporting, and basic financial tasks, depending on the organization's needs.
General Office Support:
Assisting with other tasks as needed, such as collating mail, preparing presentations, and maintaining a professional office environment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required, some college coursework.
3 months- 1 years of administrative experience, particularly in a nonprofit setting, is often preferred.

Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently is important .
Experience with donor management systems or database software is a plus .
